Tasks
- Analysis of leading games on the market and the reasons for their success (data deconstruction, metagame and gameplay analysis)
- Define player progression and engagement mechanics
- Define the monetization strategies and ensure they are part of the gameplay loop
- Make the RPG type of game more accessible without impacting the gameplay depth
- Creation of Excel simulations to balance in-game data and project player's progression (time, currencies and number of games required)
- Balancing and management of the different in-game currencies (sources and sinks)
- Characters stats balancing (based on their class and archetype)
- Creation of the different card packs in the game and balancing of their content
- Balancing and creation of new game features to address issues raised by metrics
- Find viable solutions to improve retention and monetization features
- Permanent evaluation of the economy balancing coherence (future updates, sales, new game modes, ...)
- Creating weekly player versus player tournaments (design and balancing)
